Support

The help facility within Sudoku Studio contains a wealth of information about the use of Sudoku Studio.

User support for a person who has not yet purchased a license is limited to information that would help that person evaluate the program. Holders of 1-2 Sudoku Studio licenses are granted user support for one full year after the purchase of the license. Holders of more than 2 site license are granted user support for two full years after the purchase of the license.

As suggestions are made, Sudoku Studio will continue to improve. When changes are made to the program, new versions will be made available on the Sudoku Studio web site. If you are licensed to use any version of Sudoku Studio numbered at least 1.0, then you are automatically licensed to use any version numbered below 2.0. You may upgrade to the higher version number at any time at no additional cost.

This program is produced by a member of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP). ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle works for you. If you are unable to resolve a shareware-related problem with an ASP member by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able to help. The ASP Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or technical problem with an ASP member, but does not provide technical support for members' products.
